The process

From assessment to your doorstep.

Designed around your schedule. From intake to delivery — without waiting rooms, paperwork, or appointments.

The process

How it works.

Select your plan

Choose your protocol and any lab panel it requires. Secure payment. No hidden fees; lab panels are priced separately. Pause or cancel anytime. Your card is authorized at checkout and charged only if a clinician approves your treatment; if not, the hold is released.

Complete assessment

A HIPAA-secure health questionnaire covering your goals, history, current medications, and lifestyle. From any device.

Provider review

A licensed provider reviews your intake, usually within 1–2 business days, and independently determines if treatment is appropriate.

Protocol ships

Prepared at a state-licensed 503A compounding pharmacy or an FDA-registered 503B outsourcing facility, and shipped in discreet packaging. Discreet 2-day shipping.

Ongoing monitoring & labs

We’re here to support your journey — dosage refinements and protocol monitoring as your treatment evolves, with labs alongside at a nearby partner lab: Quest, Labcorp or Bioreference, depending on your state. GLP-1 care needs a panel 60 to 90 days after you start. Testosterone, enclomiphene and hCG need labs before you start. Estradiol and progesterone need none. Lab costs are billed separately.

Common questions

What you need to know.

Yes. Ellia partners with licensed medical providers, state-licensed 503A compounding pharmacies and FDA-registered 503B outsourcing facilities. Availability varies by state and treatment, and we confirm yours before you pay. All prescriptions are issued by independent licensed clinicians. Ellia is a technology platform — we do not practice medicine.
If a licensed provider determines treatment is not appropriate for you, nothing is prescribed or shipped, and you can cancel anytime before your next renewal. The provider’s decision is independent and based solely on your medical information and safety.
Compounded medications are prepared by a state-licensed pharmacy for an individual prescription. They are not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness or quality. Your provider will explain how a compounded option differs from FDA-approved medicines.
We’re here to support your journey. Your care team is available through the patient portal whenever you need them, and your provider reviews your progress and adjusts dosing as your treatment evolves.
Sometimes. Your provider reviews everything you take and decides whether combining treatments is appropriate for you.
Yes. No contracts. No commitments. Pause, delay or cancel anytime through your patient portal before your next renewal.
When you check out, we place a hold on your card. A licensed clinician reviews your assessment, usually within 1–2 business days. You are only charged if they approve your treatment. If they don’t, the hold is released and nothing is charged.
Yes. HSA and FSA cards are accepted at checkout. Whether a purchase qualifies depends on your plan, so you can submit your receipt to your plan administrator for possible reimbursement.
