Bloodwork guides most Ellia protocols. Some panels are required before a clinician can prescribe; others are simply a way to see where you stand before deciding anything. Each panel is priced separately from your treatment fee.
Hormone and metabolic therapy depends on knowing your baseline and watching how it moves. Some panels are required before a clinician can prescribe at all, and others are repeated during treatment so dosing can be adjusted against real numbers. You receive your raw lab reports either way.
A licensed clinician reviews every result and will contact you if anything is abnormal. Lab panels are offered for wellness monitoring. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
These are not upsells. Your clinician needs them to start or continue these protocols.
Most panels are offered through more than one lab network. Choose the one with a draw site near you.

Ordered on their own or alongside a protocol when something specific needs watching.
Metabolic health
Metabolic
A foundational lab panel that measures metabolic function and blood sugar markers. Useful for establishing a baseline.
Metabolic
A lab panel that measures metabolic and blood sugar markers along with a lipid panel.
Metabolic · Advanced
An advanced lab panel designed to evaluate metabolic efficiency, insulin sensitivity, and appetite signaling. Ideal for individuals with stubborn metabolic symptoms, weight resistance, or energy dysregulation who need deeper insight beyond standard metabolic testing.
Cardiovascular & inflammation
Cardiovascular
A foundational lab panel that measures a lipid panel with ratios, hs-CRP, Lp(a), ApoB, uric acid and homocysteine. Useful for establishing a baseline.

A foundational lab panel designed to assess key hormones that influence energy, metabolism, menstrual health, and hormonal balance in women.
Hormonal
A foundational lab panel designed to assess key hormones related to energy, metabolism, reproductive health, and prostate monitoring in men. Ideal for establishing a baseline or evaluating symptoms commonly associated with hormonal imbalance.
Stress & energy
A focused lab panel designed to evaluate hormone balance, stress physiology, and energy metabolism. Ideal for individuals with persistent fatigue, burnout, or complex symptoms who need a deeper, more integrative assessment beyond foundational hormone testing.
