How would you like to take it?

Have you taken a GLP-1 before?

Answer both to see an option to discuss with your provider.

These are options to discuss with your provider, not a recommendation or a prescription. A licensed provider reviews your health and decides whether any treatment is appropriate for you.

Common questions

What you need to know.

When you check out, we place a hold on your card. A licensed clinician reviews your assessment, usually within 1–2 business days. You are only charged if they approve your treatment. If they don’t, the hold is released and nothing is charged.
Semaglutide is a GLP-1 receptor agonist. Tirzepatide is a dual GLP-1 and GIP receptor agonist. In a head-to-head trial of the brand-name medications, tirzepatide produced greater average weight loss. Compounded versions have not been studied in that trial. Your provider will recommend the right starting medication based on your history and goals.
Like all prescription medications, GLP-1s can cause side effects. The most common are nausea, diarrhea, vomiting and constipation, which often ease as the dose is adjusted. Serious risks can include pancreatitis, gallbladder problems, kidney problems, low blood sugar and, in animal studies, thyroid C-cell tumors. Do not use them if you or a family member have had medullary thyroid cancer, if you have MEN 2, or if you are pregnant. A licensed provider reviews your full history before prescribing and monitors you throughout treatment. See the Important Safety Information on this page.
Not before you start. A GLP-1 lab panel is required 60 to 90 days after you start treatment and once a year after that. It checks CBC, CMP, TSH, free T3, free T4, B12 and A1c, and an 8-hour fast is recommended. Lab costs are billed separately. Your blood is drawn at a certified lab near you, and your provider reviews the results.

Yes. HSA and FSA cards are accepted at checkout. Whether a purchase qualifies depends on your plan, so you can submit your receipt to your plan administrator for possible reimbursement.
Important Safety Information

Know the risks before you start.

Prescription only. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness or quality. The FDA-approved medicines with these active ingredients carry the warnings below. Your provider will review them with you before prescribing.

Possible risk of thyroid tumors, including cancer

In animal studies, these medicines caused thyroid C-cell tumors. It is not known whether they do in people. Do not use them if you or a family member have ever had medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC), or if you have Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2). Tell your provider about a lump or swelling in your neck, trouble swallowing, hoarseness or shortness of breath.

Who should not use them

Do not use them if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant or breastfeeding, if you have had a serious allergic reaction to semaglutide or tirzepatide, or if you have a history of MTC or MEN 2.
